Leadership & Management Program

The Leadership and Management Program aims to introduce global concepts and ideas in this area, with a focus on the Libyan reality and enabling participants to understand their role and current position in light of the surrounding circumstances. The program includes workshops and practical and theoretical applications, with the goal of leveraging previous experiences in the best possible way. It enables participants to acquire global knowledge and develop a deep understanding of current issues, with a focus on applying this knowledge to the Libyan context.

In a world characterized by increasing complexity and rapid transformations, leadership and management are no longer just a set of tools and techniques; they have become an intellectual practice that requires a holistic perspective and the ability to ask the right questions. From this standpoint, the "Management and Leadership Program" was designed as a national Libyan initiative and an integrated training curriculum, prepared and executed by Tafkeer for Consulting & Training.

This program does not aim to provide ready-made answers. Instead, it seeks to build a strategic mindset among leaders. It is a knowledge journey designed to equip participants with a mental map that helps them understand the historical and technological context within which today's institutions operate, and it gives them the ability to continuously learn and adapt to the future.
